Vobble Headphones Refund and Replacement

Vobble Headphones are covered by a 1-year warranty, effective from the date of purchase. If you find that the product is damaged or defective, you are eligible for a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

The damage or defect is not due to misuse, neglect, or alteration by the customer.
The claim is made within the 1-year warranty period.
Proof of purchase, including receipt or invoice, is provided.

Subscriptions/Plans Refund Policy

All subscription/plan purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for subscriptions or plans once they are purchased. However, we value the flexibility of our customers; therefore:

You can cancel your subscription at any time.
After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid term.
No additional charges will be incurred after the cancellation of the subscription.
