Welcome to Vobble, a service provided by Avie Vinson Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and mobile applications (collectively, "Services") and provide information about the Vobble service. Registration and Account

In order to use our Services, you may need to create a Vobble account. You must provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process and keep your Vobble account information up-to-date. Part of this registration process includes verifying your mobile number through a one-time password (OTP) sent via SMS. By requesting the OTP, you automatically opt-in to receive these authentication messages from us. You are responsible for all activity on your Vobble account, and for all charges incurred by your Vobble account. You agree not to share your account or login credentials with anyone, to avoid any unauthorized use. In case of unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately.

Audio Streaming Service

Our service provides a unique audio streaming platform focused on content for children aged 4-12. By using our Services, you acknowledge that you are permitted to use the content provided solely for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use of the content, including unauthorized downloading, re-uploading to third-party sites, or sharing access to our service is strictly prohibited.

Physical products & merchandise

We offer the sale of various merchandise and physical products. These items can be purchased directly through our Services. Upon your first purchase, we offer a special bundle which includes one of our high-quality physical products.

User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (i) copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Services in any medium; (ii) using any automated system to access the Services; (iii) attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security of the Services; and (iv) using the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates this provision, including without limitation, removing the offending content from the Services, suspending or terminating the account of such violators, and reporting you to law enforcement authorities.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in relation with our Services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru.
